Recreating a Honeymoon, Forty Years Later

Much of the original itinerary no longer existed in the same form. Hotels had changed ownership, restaurants had closed, familiar faces had retired and many of the small details that made the journey memorable had disappeared with time.
Claves House reconstructed the journey piece by piece. Original properties were traced wherever possible, historical details verified and each stage carefully rebuilt to preserve the character and emotion of the original honeymoon.
The family revisited one of life's defining memories with remarkable authenticity, creating a new chapter while honouring the old one.
A Wimbledon Final Beyond Centre Court
A client approached Claves House shortly before the Wimbledon Gentlemen's Final, hoping to create a day that felt truly memorable rather than simply attending one of sport's most celebrated events.
Demand had reached its peak and conventional hospitality routes were exceptionally limited. The objective was not merely to secure attendance, but to build an experience worthy of the occasion.

Andrea Zagatti
Co-Founder — Private Client Relationships, Access & ExperienceAndrea Zagatti is the co-founder of Claves House and leads its private client relationships, access and experience.
His career has been built inside private homes and demanding hospitality environments, where discretion is assumed and trust is earned through consistency. Working closely with internationally recognised individuals and families, Andrea learned that exceptional service is not about offering more options. It is about understanding what matters, making sound decisions and taking responsibility for the outcome.
As clients began turning to him beyond hospitality — for rare access, personal projects, acquisitions and complex international arrangements — he recognised a recurring gap. People were surrounded by excellent advisers, yet important personal matters still lacked a single owner. Claves House was created to fill that gap.
Today, Andrea personally oversees a small number of client relationships and mandates, bringing together judgement, taste, relationships and exacting execution. His ambition is not to build the largest private office, but one of the most trusted.
He believes true luxury is having fewer things to worry about.

Where Andrea's work begins with the individual and the mandate, Mo's begins with the structure required to deliver it responsibly. He focuses on the specialist relationships, systems and decision-making frameworks that allow Claves House to support increasingly complex personal and institutional requirements.
His role is to ensure that the right expertise is brought in at the right time — from professional advisers and risk specialists to institutional partners — while maintaining clear boundaries, accountability and discretion.
Mo also works closely with family offices, private banks and trusted advisers, developing partnerships that extend their capabilities without disrupting the client relationships they protect.
He believes trust is built before it is tested: through consistency, clarity and doing exactly what has been promised.

- Confidentiality Client information is shared only where necessary to assess or deliver an agreed mandate. Sensitive matters are handled on a need-to-know basis.
- Founder Accountability Every engagement has a named founder lead who remains accountable for communication, judgement and coordination.
- Independent Selection Specialists and suppliers are selected according to the requirements of the mandate. Relevant commercial relationships or commissions are disclosed where appropriate.
- Professional Boundaries Claves House coordinates specialist work but does not present itself as a law firm, regulated financial adviser, medical provider, investigation agency or security company. Appropriately qualified independent professionals are engaged when required.
- Lawful & Responsible Use Claves House may decline any request that is unlawful, inappropriate, unsafe or inconsistent with its standards.
- Clear Costs Professional fees, third-party costs and payment requirements are agreed before work begins. Material changes are communicated for approval.
